Do not purchase a server with this website. After purchasing a plan with the server, found that there was no way to upgrade my server to the most modern version of Minecraft. I asked support for help and received no response, then followed up asking for a refund. My support ticket was closed without answer. I've submitted another ticket since and after two days there is still no response. Go with MCProHosting instead.

Dont buy from theminecrafthosting There was no where where you can cancel the subscription and you couldnt cancel it after the payment. I wrote a support ticket under thr 24 hours of the payment and theyre unprofessional and dont give enough evidence. The staff are 9 years old and dont know how to do their job. If you buy from them good luck having a laggy server with 10 people online.
