Steam revoked code. Scammers I bought a game via Gamesrocket and it has now been revoked by Steam, with the message below: Your recent Product code activation has been revoked due to a problem processing payment for this item. The games associated with this product code can no longer be played as a result. This could be due a problem with the payment methods you used to acquire this item from a third-party seller; or a problem with how the third-party seller acquired the Product code. Please contact the seller you acquired the Product code from for assistance. If you would like to purchase the item, please visit the Steam Store. Otherwise you may choose to delete the local content associated with these games.

very good after the payment the code arrived instantly, the key were right and work perfectly good job

Slow shipping and missing parts Ordered an Egret II Mini, and after a delayed response even shipping it and ignoring my support queries, it arrived incomplete with parts missing, including the panel to attach the instruction cards into. For how much you're paying, you would expect a complete in box product. Will update review if they respond and send out the missing parts.

Took a long time (email issues), finally delivered This is the 2nd review. It took 2 weeks for Gamesrocket to answer multiple support requests, they had horrible email issues and were unable to send mails. Afterwards they offered to continue the deal or cancel / refund. I went for "order" and got the working code one day later. Gamesrocket should at least display a message on their website / update the chatbot during a time of software issues, otherwise they risk loosing customers.

Einfach aber nicht unkompliziert It was easy to buy and there are many oportunitys to pay like paypal. The only Thing that i didnt like, was that i had to send my ID-Card to verify my identety. But in all i would recomend it further.
