Scammers I bought a game via Gamesrocket and it has now been revoked by Steam, with the message below: Your recent Product code activation has been revoked due to a problem processing payment for this item. The games associated with this product code can no longer be played as a result. This could be due a problem with the payment methods you used to acquire this item from a third-party seller; or a problem with how the third-party seller acquired the Product code. Please contact the seller you acquired the Product code from for assistance. If you would like to purchase the item, please visit the Steam Store. Otherwise you may choose to delete the local content associated with these games.

Einfach aber nicht unkompliziert It was easy to buy and there are many oportunitys to pay like paypal. The only Thing that i didnt like, was that i had to send my ID-Card to verify my identety. But in all i would recomend it further.

Avoid them at any cost 12th July: I pre-ordered a product with them that the reservation was supposed to end in February, that they were supposed to start sending them from May to June, but they changed the date for July, but still nothing, not even an email explaining why they changed the shipping date. At the time of paying they sent me an email where they gave me a link to check the status of the order, which never worked, so I contacted them and they answered me at that time, and I tried to contact them again but I have not obtained a response. After this, I started to check the internet and I realized that it is not the first time that this happens with that site. Please, if you are reading this, avoid using these companies, or do so at your own risk. As of today, you can still "pre-order" the product on their site.

Absolute dogsh*t !!! I ordered my game almost 2 weeks ago now and my "order status"is still stuck on "Livekey check", Sent like 4 emails but all of 'em got blantantly ingored. From what i've read in other people's reviews is that they do this like 90% of the time with their orders. People that never get their products, people that dont recieve replies to emails, people who get "sketchy" game codes & people that have to go through hell to get a refund ! Its not worth the headache buying from these ppl, so for your own sanity i would recommend you just skip gamesrocket.com and take your business elsewhere !

Die Wartezeiten sind sehr lang. zwischen 5 und 30 Stunden und nicht wie beworben 5-30 Minuten. Kommunikation findet nicht statt, auf Anfragen wird nicht geantwortet. es gibt lediglich einen Bot auf der Website, der jedoch keinerlei Nutzen hat, da dieser lediglich die leeren Versprechen wiederholt. Die Preise gut und man bekommt irgendwann auch mal seine Ware (daher 2 Sterne). Aber im direkten Vergleich zu anderen Händlern dieser Art, kann ich keine Empfehlung aussprechen. You have to go through verification process over and over again, even though they say that it is a one time thing. Therefore you have to wait for your order way too long. from my experience 5-30 hours instead of the 5-30 minutes that have been advertized. Thre is absolutely no communication and I never got a reply to my questions send to the support. Thre simply is an automated bot on the website which doesnt help at all and simply repeats the false advertisement. The prices are good and at some point you will get what you bought, but overall I cant recommend this shop.
