Blank download page Hi , well, ok I bought a game sometime ago that gamesrocket produced a download link and a key to insert during installation.. This was a while back , Im talking a couple of years lul.. Well I wanted to play it again but the download link leads to a blank page, I emailed them a few days ago about it but theres been no response... I know its an old game but please respond, cheers All the best

Took a long time (email issues), finally delivered This is the 2nd review. It took 2 weeks for Gamesrocket to answer multiple support requests, they had horrible email issues and were unable to send mails. Afterwards they offered to continue the deal or cancel / refund. I went for "order" and got the working code one day later. Gamesrocket should at least display a message on their website / update the chatbot during a time of software issues, otherwise they risk loosing customers.

Steam revoked code. Scammers I bought a game via Gamesrocket and it has now been revoked by Steam, with the message below: Your recent Product code activation has been revoked due to a problem processing payment for this item. The games associated with this product code can no longer be played as a result. This could be due a problem with the payment methods you used to acquire this item from a third-party seller; or a problem with how the third-party seller acquired the Product code. Please contact the seller you acquired the Product code from for assistance. If you would like to purchase the item, please visit the Steam Store. Otherwise you may choose to delete the local content associated with these games.

Einfach aber nicht unkompliziert It was easy to buy and there are many oportunitys to pay like paypal. The only Thing that i didnt like, was that i had to send my ID-Card to verify my identety. But in all i would recomend it further.

Dauert zu lange und lästige Verifikation Zum dritten mal in Folge, ist eine Verifizierung nötig, obwohl dies angeblich nur einmalig erforderlich sein sollte. Die Wartezeiten sind sehr lang. zwischen 5 und 30 Stunden und nicht wie beworben 5-30 Minuten. Kommunikation findet nicht statt, auf Anfragen wird nicht geantwortet. es gibt lediglich einen Bot auf der Website, der jedoch keinerlei Nutzen hat, da dieser lediglich die leeren Versprechen wiederholt. Die Preise gut und man bekommt irgendwann auch mal seine Ware (daher 2 Sterne). Aber im direkten Vergleich zu anderen Händlern dieser Art, kann ich keine Empfehlung aussprechen. You have to go through verification process over and over again, even though they say that it is a one time thing. Therefore you have to wait for your order way too long. from my experience 5-30 hours instead of the 5-30 minutes that have been advertized. Thre is absolutely no communication and I never got a reply to my questions send to the support. Thre simply is an automated bot on the website which doesnt help at all and simply repeats the false advertisement. The prices are good and at some point you will get what you bought, but overall I cant recommend this shop.
