Best service provider I found online I tried searching for Ark servers and got Eternal Hosting as a result. I went through the website and bought an inexpensive ark server and trust me, the services provided by the website both while buying and after sales is great. The setup doesn't take much time, the uptime is great and smooth while the customer support is available to resolve any query almost instantly.

By far the best hosting service I came across I have recently purchased dedicated server from Eternal Hosting. So far this is the best customer support I have got. The setup was easy and quick and the response rate for support chat was less than a minute. I have tracked the up-time with high traffic websites and it is running as smooth as hot knife on butter. Without any doubt I am going to recommend Eternal Hosting to everyone.

I purchased a server from them and several days later followed up with them asking why it was still pending (the invoice was instant mind you) to find out they have a seperate part of the website for particular products and to purchase there. Ofcourse radio silence when i asked what would happen to that money. Amd then they closed the ticket, i had to give up $15 and go through the effort of canceling the repayments with my bank. Please read this review before purchasing i wish i did

Not very good become Not even usable! I can't even edit the Engine.ini file. They have some weird "configuration editor" that takes the place of a normal text editor. So you're locked into whatever settings they feel like you having. When I went to contact customer service they basically blew me off and didn't address any of the issues I was bringing to them. I'd write 5 or 6 paragraphs of well thought out questions and get a flippant one or two sentences back that wouldn't resolve anything. I would not recommend Eternal Hosting to anyone. Find someone else. Update: Since the beginning of November the site stopped responding to tickets. I submitted a cancellation ticket on the 10th of Nov and have heard nothing over the past two weeks.

Expect to have your money stolen There is no way to cancel your server subscription but by filing a support ticket to do so. When I did this, I received no response and my server remained active and I continued to be billed. When I followed up two weeks later reiterating that I wanted my server closed, they closed my support ticket without any response and still did not cancel my server nor the monthly payment. Do not use this service unless you want to "cancel" your server by contacting your card company and blocking their automatic billing.
