INBest Host Ever! Best Host Ever! Recently, I bought a server from Eternal Hosting and am very much impressed by its service. The price is inexpensive as compared to the others. I had trouble setting up the servers but their customer service team guided me step by step. Must say they have a great supporting team. Undoubtedly, they are the best server providers. Absolutely recommendable!

INBest service provider I found online I tried searching for Ark servers and got Eternal Hosting as a result. I went through the website and bought an inexpensive ark server and trust me, the services provided by the website both while buying and after sales is great. The setup doesn't take much time, the uptime is great and smooth while the customer support is available to resolve any query almost instantly.

GBRip OFFS!!! when it works its great. When I try to make any changes... things get a bit messier. The customer service needs work. when I am having problems with the game server is not working right and I make a service ticket, the response I get is very bare bones (along the lines of "did you do *this*" no instructions) and I usually have to wait between 3 - 6 hours for any response even though the website claims 24/7 support. EDIT: DAY 3 NO CONTACT FROM YOU ABOUT WHY MY SERVER IS NOT ACCESSIBLE TO ME AND MY PLAYERS IT'S ALMOST LIKE YOU ARE TRYING TO DRIVE AWAY YOUR CUSTOMERS!!! EDIT: To those of you having issues with this company like I am... search for "Sedarius Romeo Arnette" on facebook this guy claims to be the owner of Eternal Hosting.

GBZero Tech Support (Even when they mess up) Zero customer service. I have multiple tickets open for 3 weeks now with no response. This happened in the beginning of this year also, it took 1 month to get the server back up, the gave me a $9 credit for it but then never used the credit and continued charging my card. At this point, I'm going elsewhere and I've had to dispute my current CC charge with them because they are not responding to cancellation either.

GBServer down; no responses on ticket, double-billed, not great. The game server I rented went down one day after the end of the first month of billing. I opened a support ticket that went unanswered for 10 days, and at that point, decided to cancel. However, EternalHosting was kind enough to charge me...twice...for that second month of billing. After I cancelled, they were kind enough to charge me again for the third month. The absolute lack of communication from EternalHosting and the fouling up of billing makes this entire service feel like a scam. Take your hosting needs elsewhere.
