Server down; no responses on ticket, double-billed, not great. The game server I rented went down one day after the end of the first month of billing. I opened a support ticket that went unanswered for 10 days, and at that point, decided to cancel. However, EternalHosting was kind enough to charge me...twice...for that second month of billing. After I cancelled, they were kind enough to charge me again for the third month. The absolute lack of communication from EternalHosting and the fouling up of billing makes this entire service feel like a scam. Take your hosting needs elsewhere.

Good Services Been through a couple of name changes, but their service and customer support cannot be beaten. You won't find better without spending a lot more. We were forced to migrate our websites due to our previous hosting company ceasing to trade and we put our trust in them and we don't regret that decision one bit. Throughout the migration, they were on hand to ensure the process was seamless and smooth. Highly Recommended.

Best Host Ever! Best Host Ever! Recently, I bought a server from Eternal Hosting and am very much impressed by its service. The price is inexpensive as compared to the others. I had trouble setting up the servers but their customer service team guided me step by step. Must say they have a great supporting team. Undoubtedly, they are the best server providers. Absolutely recommendable!

Expect to have your money stolen There is no way to cancel your server subscription but by filing a support ticket to do so. When I did this, I received no response and my server remained active and I continued to be billed. When I followed up two weeks later reiterating that I wanted my server closed, they closed my support ticket without any response and still did not cancel my server nor the monthly payment. Do not use this service unless you want to "cancel" your server by contacting your card company and blocking their automatic billing.
