Zero Tech Support (Even when they mess up) Zero customer service. I have multiple tickets open for 3 weeks now with no response. This happened in the beginning of this year also, it took 1 month to get the server back up, the gave me a $9 credit for it but then never used the credit and continued charging my card. At this point, I'm going elsewhere and I've had to dispute my current CC charge with them because they are not responding to cancellation either.

Server became unavailable and support remains silent Server became unavailable 2 days ago. I can't neither reload it from customer panel, nor connect and reload it from control panel. I thought that it's not a big problem. Support can reload server from their side and everything will be good. So I opened ticket #901912 on 3.11.2018. Still recieved no answer and server unavailable.

The setup was easy and quick and the response rate for support chat was less than a minute. I have tracked the up-time with high traffic websites and it is running as smooth as hot knife on butter. SHITY SITE This hosting site has a bad support reply sometimes they don't even reply on your message and then they just close it.and when I wanted to cancel my server I waited 3 days to get the reply and the server was just shity had problems all the times and my friends couldnt join my server and only my server not even if didn't have mods on and they just said that it was his computer that couldnt play ark even if he reinstalled everything So I don't recommend this site even if it's cheap Guys and girls don't buy here it would be a big mistake
