GBRepeat customer, Few if any problems. If network based DRM bugs ya, this may not be for you. After the initial autoresponder to a support ticket request, my license issue was resolved.. Had a D/L link error once, it was auto resolved within a few minutes. D/L speeds seem fine.. I have a 18Mbps connection. Have yet to find a game that does not work (out of around 20 purchases), running windows 7 x64. 98% smooth installations and configurations.

GB1 and a half if this site allows it. BF3 and Rage were purchased with no problem whatsoever. Yet, the f***ing Paypal option would not accept my phone number 3 times in a row, even though I gave them the correct number each time. Then, I tried to use a debit card and they said I exhausted that option 3 times in a row (when I actually only tried it once). No wonder they're going under. Hopefully Gamefly will not give me a f***ing headache like they have.

GBPre-ordered Pillars of Eternity II from… Pre-ordered Pillars of Eternity II from them two weeks before release date. 12 hours after the game has come out, still no key. Requesting support only give you an auto-reply with a generic message. I'm wondering if this is even a legit website.

DKNo problems on download and activation I have only used direct2drive once, but have had no problems. Downloaded the game just fine and both the preordercode and the actualy gamecode worked fine. I have not needed any contact with customersupport so cannot comment on that.

GBNo problems at all Have purchesed several titles through D2D.No billing issues and everything that I should have gotten,I did.Web-support,when it was needed was realitively fast and correct. (the one issue I had was due to a demo version conflicting with the d2d version) Pricing is per the norm.A greater variety of seasonal sales than steam, and sometimes gets things quicker than steam.
