Pre-ordered Pillars of Eternity II from… Pre-ordered Pillars of Eternity II from them two weeks before release date. 12 hours after the game has come out, still no key. Requesting support only give you an auto-reply with a generic message. I'm wondering if this is even a legit website.

Pre-Downloaded games do not work I actually had backup copies of my games downloaded prior to the transition. None of them would activate using the serial numbers supplied in the purchase history. After 3 attempts at getting help from their "customer service", they said I needed to wait until the games where in the gamefly client. What? I thought that they wanted us to download any games that might not make it over? They won't even supply the manual activation codes. Terrible service.

Repeat customer, Few if any problems. If network based DRM bugs ya, this may not be for you. After the initial autoresponder to a support ticket request, my license issue was resolved.. Had a D/L link error once, it was auto resolved within a few minutes. D/L speeds seem fine.. I have a 18Mbps connection. Have yet to find a game that does not work (out of around 20 purchases), running windows 7 x64. 98% smooth installations and configurations.

SUPPORT GOES OUT OF ITS WAY TO REPLY TO NOTHING I'VE COMPLAINED ABOUT. THERE HAS BEEN NOTHING DONE TO GET MY PURCHASE RUNNING CORRECTLY, NOT ONE SINGLE TIME HAS SUPPORT TRIED TO HELP ME, AND I WANT A REAL TECH THAT KNOWS WHAT HE'S DOING, NOT THESE PRE-SCHOOLERS YOU HAVE TRIED TO PAWN OFF ON ME. Worth the time Everything went as well as I could have hoped. I downloaded "Dragon Age" without too much trouble. It took about 14 hours to download the 9GB game. I did have to restart the download once, but it wasn't much trouble. Once the download finished, I installed and activated the game with absolutely no trouble. All of the negative reviews that D2D received on this site and others had me worried, but it ended up being a pretty simple and painless process.
