One of the single worst companies on… One of the single worst companies on the planet. Absolute garbage customer service. ZERO help with any games. IMPOSSIBLE to get refunds. This company should be shut down.

Refund policy is awful I hate that they do not allow refunds for games that are played more than 2 hours. What if tutorial chapters and/or time to become familiar with the game takes 2 hours or more? What if no bugs and issues are found during first 2 hours? Never buy any game from steam unless you are absolutely CERTAIN that you will like it. Free games are different story.

Steam is PC Gaming Amazing service. Pretty much the de facto PC gaming marketplace. Nearly limitless selection of games, great sales and amazing customer service. 99.99% of my time and money spent on gaming are through Steam and I couldn't be happier.

Inventory Hacked Had my Steam account hacked and someone took control and took all of my CS skins. Everything was completely out of my control as it was likely compromised through a Google security breach or something. Everything is just sitting in the hackers account right now on trade ban just waiting to be sold out and steam support won't do a thing about it. Oh not to mention steam mobile guard did absolutely nothing to inform me of my account being logged into at another location. Steam support is awful, I've been a steam user for over a decade and this could all be resolved with one click of a button but that's too difficult for whoever works the support team lmfao.

Signing up on steam is impossible Signing up on steam is impossible. It only asks for your email; I then verify the email and from there I can only sign in but there's no way to generate a password so I can never get into my account?? And if I try reset the password it doesn't recognize my email so I'm back to square one of verifying my email and it's just the same repeating circle. I mean if you can't get a simple sign up process going, what else can I say??
