It only asks for your email; I then verify the email and from there I can only sign in but there's no way to generate a password so I can never get into my account?? And if I try reset the password it doesn't recognize my email so I'm back to square one of verifying my email and it's just the same repeating circle. I mean if you can't get a simple sign up process going, what else can I say??

What hasn't gone wrong What hasn't gone wrong. Used to be able to verify game files. Now it says game files verified when they are obviously not. My back ups are gone on my PC. You can't contact Steam you just get the runaround. Can't redownload the game in question. My issue isn't with 2XKgames it's with Steam. It used to be user friendly now it's a mess. I miss the days when you bought your PC games from the store on disk. At least you had the original you could reinstall from.

Never buy a game off of steam that your not sure of! Steam would be a great idea if games were not overpriced and refunds took 2 weeks. I recently tried refunding a Call of game and the fact they don't just give me my money back when I clearly only played it for 20 minutes is stupid as hell.

Inventory Hacked Had my Steam account hacked and someone took control and took all of my CS skins. Everything was completely out of my control as it was likely compromised through a Google security breach or something. Everything is just sitting in the hackers account right now on trade ban just waiting to be sold out and steam support won't do a thing about it. Oh not to mention steam mobile guard did absolutely nothing to inform me of my account being logged into at another location. Steam support is awful, I've been a steam user for over a decade and this could all be resolved with one click of a button but that's too difficult for whoever works the support team lmfao.
