Really poor service they take 24 hours… Really poor service they take 24 hours to reply and want a screenshot of my PayPal transaction from 10 years ago…. Which PayPal doesn’t go that far back! Provided bank details, email address, postal address screenshots of my account with no joy. Really really bad for such a ‘big company’

Inventory Hacked Had my Steam account hacked and someone took control and took all of my CS skins. Everything was completely out of my control as it was likely compromised through a Google security breach or something. Everything is just sitting in the hackers account right now on trade ban just waiting to be sold out and steam support won't do a thing about it. Oh not to mention steam mobile guard did absolutely nothing to inform me of my account being logged into at another location. Steam support is awful, I've been a steam user for over a decade and this could all be resolved with one click of a button but that's too difficult for whoever works the support team lmfao.

Download issue Steam is alright I guess, but when I was downloading call of duty which took like 2 days, the download randomly stopped, and I lost all the download progress.

reCAPTCHA doesn't work Can't even create an account because reCAPTCHA does not work AT ALL. Wasted 30 minutes of my live clicking photos over and over, it was super frustrating. Terrible terrible program.

Steam support is trash how are you… Steam support is trash how are you supposed to get help logging in when you have to log in to get help this is the stupidest thing I have ever seen steam please create a better customer service experience for users. Very disappointed
