ITGames live of their fan base. Games live of their fan base. GW has many times shown they totally don’t care: since 2007, year I started playing Warhammer, their prices have risen of 90%. They constantly actively deceive their customers as per the case of Warhammer + (they made the animated series a big part of their réclame, 3 years in they have released less than the 20 series they said they were producing). Now they are cancelling units released less than 4 years ago to resell a newer version to players and are silencing dispense on their social platforms. Just no. No ethic in their business.

GBSCAM One week they sell units and miniatures that are viable to play with and the next week all the overpriced models and boxes you've spend hundreds on are no longer viable to be played with. THIS IS A SCAM!!!!

SEWebsite GWs website is a total wreck, before when they had the old website was really GOOD and easy to navigate! I was on their website maybe 1-2 times every day and now almost never. I tried now again to see after 3 months ago I last visited it, and its still crap. Just as they say here in Sweden, '' gör om och gör rätt'' which means - do again do right. And I never order from their website, last I did it, the UPS didnt even noticed that the package was delivered. So I had to call to the GWs customer service, just terrible. And their price over their models... come on who are you trying to hustle? Nope wont buy from them too, because they dont deserve it. They will see soon when more and more customers will stop buy their stuff it will hurt them badly.

DKOnce again Games Workshop has been a… Once again Games Workshop has been a major letdown. Today, 13-01-2024, The End and the Death vol. III Limited Edition went on pre order. The "new and "improved"" website had the queue turned on, however, their security is so shoddy, that all it took the scalpers to bypass the queue, was a simple user agent switcher, to pose as a search engine. Book was sold out at 9.56, after going live at 9.55, the bots had free reign on the site as the vast majority was sat in the queue like the law abiding citizens they are. Usually the queue lets a limited edition last at least 20-25 minutes, today it was incredibly obvious that scalpers had spotted the glaring hole in security. I'm so close to giving up on this hobby, their crappy stance towards their fans keeps getting worse.

GBNorth America Customer Service is Bad. Tried to let North America Customer Service know the parts in the Wintermaw box were broken. Since I purchased the box from Amazon the customer service from GW refered me to work with Amazon. After the Amazon Seller tried to send me parts they opened several boxes with broken parts just liked mine. I tried to bring this to the attention of GW and was told I need to take it up with the third party. If you are like me you like the games but the Customer Service is really bad, there are other games that are fun and have good customer service that are fun to play.
