Poor management of a great product. GW have a fantastic product, with a broad network of independent LGS’s…. but they are so unreliable with product availability, negatively impacting play experience. As someone who simply wants to buy a GW figure that is within the current rules, I’m forced to buy from China via 3D home printing. Not great.

I cannot login and purchase anything I cannot login and purchase anything. The website was designed poorly. You cannot access your account, and shop at the same time.

Website GWs website is a total wreck, before when they had the old website was really GOOD and easy to navigate! I was on their website maybe 1-2 times every day and now almost never. I tried now again to see after 3 months ago I last visited it, and its still crap. Just as they say here in Sweden, '' gör om och gör rätt'' which means - do again do right. And I never order from their website, last I did it, the UPS didnt even noticed that the package was delivered. So I had to call to the GWs customer service, just terrible. And their price over their models... come on who are you trying to hustle? Nope wont buy from them too, because they dont deserve it. They will see soon when more and more customers will stop buy their stuff it will hurt them badly.

Another hobby ruined Never thought GW would bend over for the woke crowd, but here we are. Another great hobby being ruined by people who don't even care. They only do it to spite people having fun and not subscribing to their idea of "inclusion", which in reality is exclusion of everything they don't deem right. There are loads of females in 40k, and 90% of them are badass, cool and worth rooting for. While 90% of the male characters are at least morally grey, and mostly arrogant and outright idiotic. Where is the "representation" missing??? I will probably never buy anything from them again, even though i used to love their universes. Such a shame.

Gw have gone down hill over past couple… Gw have gone down hill over past couple of years and now we have a poor website and staff in stores that don't like you going in there on weekdays to do hobby stuff. Their customer service never answer emails properlyand dodge questions like a politician. They seem to care more about supporting the scalpers market than genuine customers and hobbiests. Can't buy stuff as alot of it is limited run. The company has gone down hill in every way possible.
