GBI live 4 miles from the Scientific … I live 4 miles from the Scientific warehouse in North Tonawanda,N.Y. and I've been waiting a week for a poster which has yet to arrive. I could have driven there and picked it up in 15 minutes but, there policies don't allow drive in pick up. You have to get on a waiting list and then they will call you the next day to pick it up. I work nights so I didn't want to be awakened by a phone call ( you never know if its an emergency ) to let me know when my order is available for pick up. In short, they're system stinks. I bought an item several years ago and I was allowed a drive in pick-up. I guess that's progress. Gary Flagg Amherst,N.Y.

GBProducts look good online Not too happy with the items i purchased, they look a lot better online than they do in life. The moon shoes are not worth even half what I paid for them, very cheaply made and the same goes for the Newton's cradle. Unfortunately i cannot send them back as they were gifts. I won't purchase from this site again though. They were delivered according to site specifications and this is the 2 star rating.

GBSlow delivery time and no updates for what you pay for shipping costs I placed my order on January 18th. As of today, February 6th, I STILL have not received my order nor have I had any updates on delivery. I have paid over $20 for shipping, albeit, I am in Hawaii, but I would think that if I am paying that much for shipping, it would not take over two weeks to receive it. I got my shipping notification the same day I made my order from UPS. Great! It's being shipped via UPS! There was no estimated delivery date, but hey, that's okay because UPS is relatively fast. January 25th, one week later, I check the status, and it says that it has reached California and transferred to the USPS! No notification via email. If I didn't check myself, I wouldn't have known. There's no link to track for USPS, so I need to go onto another website to check the status, and now the estimated delivery date is today, February 6th! Well, the mail has come and gone, and I still do not have my order. I am VERY disappointed to say the least. If I had some notification or estimated delivery time frame in the beginning when I ordered that it would take this long (what I ordered was a gift and the child's birthday has past already), I probably would not have ordered this item, especially with the cost of the shipping.

GBdelivery date subject to change without notice I ordered a Christmas gift on the 16th and delivery date was set to be before Dec. 23. On Dec. 20 I was sent the tracking number - the next day the tracking showed a delivery date of Dec. 27. The customer service person on the phone just kept repeating that delivery dates can't be guaranteed after the item is shipped and that there was no way to cancel the order or change shipping speed. I won't be using this company again - there are plenty of other places that DO ship and have items arrive on the date specified.
