GBThis is a very poor company to buy from... So, I purchased an item that was reviewed by Matt Granit...I bought it for my daughters birthday present and so she could use it for her classes. Scientific said it was shipped, we did not receive it...and they couldn't prove delivery. Rather than take care of the issue Scientific screwed around, I had to put the purchase in dispurpte and find another simular item. They don't make it easy to buy from, they don't make it easy to work with...in short they don't care about the Customer.

GBI have had great experiences in the … I have had great experiences in the past, but the (expensive) toy this year was garbage. It is a 3 foot robot to assemble. It collapses under its own weight when built. It was WAY to easy for the age group listed. Total disappointment. We already recycled the plastic.

GBTheir return policy is to charge a 20%… Their return policy is to charge a 20% restocking fee for items like their Icee Machine. The product is horrible and tedious to use. It takes you hours to make an icee and the instructions are in 3 different places and tell you 3 different methods. They also make you pay shipping to send items back so if it's a larger item I wouldn't bother buying it. Customer service is two thumbs down!

GBI live 4 miles from the Scientific … I live 4 miles from the Scientific warehouse in North Tonawanda,N.Y. and I've been waiting a week for a poster which has yet to arrive. I could have driven there and picked it up in 15 minutes but, there policies don't allow drive in pick up. You have to get on a waiting list and then they will call you the next day to pick it up. I work nights so I didn't want to be awakened by a phone call ( you never know if its an emergency ) to let me know when my order is available for pick up. In short, they're system stinks. I bought an item several years ago and I was allowed a drive in pick-up. I guess that's progress. Gary Flagg Amherst,N.Y.

MXThe axle jumped over the glass holder … The axle jumped over the glass holder because it was to loose for the axle to spin. I had to use a small piece of wood as a wedge to hold the glass to the appropriate distance . Also the axle balance is very poor, I don´t think it´s balanced at all. I wouldn´t recommend it.
