GBAccidentally bought the add on for a… Accidentally bought the add on for a game instead of the full game. It was not made clear before purchasing that it was an add on only. I have not downloaded the content but was charged for it. They will not refund me because the add on isn't faulty and they claim it has been downloaded (it has not, I would have to delete apps to make space). I would give zero stars if I could for the crappy customer service.

GBThe only review you need Sony. They keep censoring their games, they used to be great at the start of the ps4 days but now they censor everything including stellar blade. free stellar blade join the dots sign the petition after https //chng .it/dym4zDXHMF we need to fight against this censorship tyranny double standard. I no longer respect Sony. Used to be 5/5 company. Now they just been going down hill since 2018. What can I say folks, if we don't make a stand now they will just bully us all controlling what we play and when they want, doesn't seem right to me somehow.

GBThe worst customer service The worst customer service I've ever experienced, treat their customers like numbers. Didn't do anything to address a complaint of rampant online abuse on their network, just kept trying to sell things instead of investigating the complaint

GBMany happy years with Sony since 2007 Many happy years with Sony since 2007 – those were the days! Now, it all feels a bit like a right rip-off. Here's the rub: you need a subscription just to play online, and all these so-called "free" games in your subscription are just trials. That means if PlayStation yanks a game from their library, even if it's installed on your console or external hard drive, they can block you from playing it altogether – even if you've forked out for in-game purchases. By their reckoning, all the games you access with a subscription are simply trials because you only have them as long as they're on the service (limited time). There's no point in adding anything to your library as you'll likely lose access to most of them eventually. You'll just see a padlock symbol because PlayStation decided to bin the game off their subscription. It doesn't matter if you're halfway through or splashed out on in-game stuff; this all feels like a ploy to pressure folks into buying the games again. This is a far cry from other gaming companies that prioritise you owning the games. They let you keep playing installed games even after they're removed from the store or subscription service, like with Game Pass. Unfortunately, I learnt this the hard way. After years of loyalty and paying what feels like extortionate prices for tech and games, I feel utterly mugged off and frankly, scammed.

GBPiece of junk. Years ago I had a PlayStation and it was brilliant. So, years later, yesterday I bought a new PlayStation 5 and the Grand Turismo 7 game. Obviously I was expecting a great game console and game. However both are total crap. On my old PlayStation, plug in, pop in a game and off you go. Not this piece of s**t. Spend ages ie all afternoon setting it up before it can even be used. Needs to log onto internet then email address and date of birth FFS. Then, finally put in the game disc and after over 24 hours it still has not loaded. Checked the internet and one user suggested logging off the internet and then reload the disc. Well, hours later, still not uploaded. Am off back to the shop to try and get a refund for the piece of absolute junk. Don’t buy, it truly deserves to be flushed.
