Lifetime License - Resolved Edit: I had initial problems contacting support due their replies being sent to my SPAM folder. Thanks to Trustpilot they were able to contact me successfully I have now resolved the licensing issue with the help of their support department. Who replied to my initial query on the same day I submitted it. And have gone out of their way to ensure the issue was resolved,

Outstanding Customer Service This company has outstanding customer service. I had an issue with licensing issues and it was resolved to my complete satisfaction. It is rare to find a business committed to customer satisfaction anymore. I am quite impressed with both the quality of the programs and the service. I highly recommend this company if you are in need of any of these programs.

Love this software Love this software, works like a charm. I've had it for at least a couple of years and hasn't skipped a beat. I did have a problem with a particular dvd; made an enquiry and within 10 hours got a reply and a resolution (I just needed more info than usual - a particularly difficult dvd).

I'm a newbie to ripping I'm a newbie to ripping. Ricky of WinXDVD walked me patiently through the steps of ripping some training DVD's to MP4 format, saving me a lot of the time it would have taken me to read a manual. His advice was expert, fast, succinct and helpful. He could have done no more than to point me at the manual, which is what another ripping software provider did, but stuck with me through a number of questions.

Incurred a problem with the new AI Upscaler Incurred a problem with the new AI Upscaler. Contacted Support by e-mail over the New Year period not expecting any response until the end of the holidays. Contact continued into New Years Day and the problem was solved (as simple as updating my GPU Drivers so probably down to me). What can I say but service beyond expectations. Incidentally I've found the Win X family of products excellent to use and this was the first issue I've had over those six years.
