GBI had to do a complete computer reset… I had to do a complete computer reset and of course lost certain applications but I wasn't worried because everything was backed up to an external hard drive. When I reloaded my apps. by Digiarty (WinX) the license (which was several years old) wasn't accepted, so I got in touch with their Customer Service. Next day they sent me a new license in place of the old one. These guys stand by their word!

Just knowing that someone will look into helping me troubleshoot issues gives me confidence in the product and the company. AMThe tool quality is normal but the service is poor. The tool quality is normal. But the customer support and overall service is poor. In the website it's mentioned 30 day money-back guarantee which made me to buy a yearly subscription, yet within 30 days you can't cancel the subscription. Why promise and lie? It's better be open and transparent with the users which will benefit both parties.
