GBAVOID 30 day money back guarantee not honored; note other reviewers seem to have the same complaint. Shortly after placing an order with them my bank issued me a new card and a fraud warning. Shortly after creating a user login with the vendor to pursue a return, that email and password combination were leaked to hackers, who have attempted to access various accounts of mine.

GBMy old laptop was failing My old laptop was failing, so I purchased a refurbished one, and I wanted to keep winxDVD. However I could not find my product key. Contacted winxDVD customer services, who not only gave me the correct key, they also provided detailed information with speedy replies. Top notch company.

GBI had to do a complete computer reset… I had to do a complete computer reset and of course lost certain applications but I wasn't worried because everything was backed up to an external hard drive. When I reloaded my apps. by Digiarty (WinX) the license (which was several years old) wasn't accepted, so I got in touch with their Customer Service. Next day they sent me a new license in place of the old one. These guys stand by their word!
