CAZero stars. This company is a scam I’m giving cineplex one star only because I cannot give them zero stars. The app frequently does not load the rentals in “My Library” and there is no one I can talk to for assistance. The +1-800-333-0061 listed as customer service does not work. This company is a scam and has zero customer service which they must know given the abysmal rating on trust pilot and clearly they do not care. Stop giving this company your money. Support all other physical theatres and online streaming platforms before cineplex

CAOne of the worst websites I have ever… One of the worst websites I have ever used! It took me the better part of an hour to try and find out the play times for the film I wanted to see. Kept sending me to cinemas hours away. Still don't know for sure when the current film is playing! So we will not go, great way to run (ruin) a business.

CACan't purchase tickets online Can't purchase tickets online. Claiming my postal code doesn't match my credit card. Thing is, it is my postal code, and is the one on the card. The only problem I have is with them. W T F? Tried calling customer service to try another way. Other then PayPal, there is no other way. So I'm stuck having to go to the theater and taking my chances with what's left. I don't have, nor want, a PayPal account. Based on my time constraint, I have no choice but to go to this theater. If I wasn't taking someone to see a specific movie my boycott this place. Why can't Landmark Cinemas New Westminster show Silent Night on earlier showing on the weekend. You rock Landmark Cinemas, besides this that is. 🖕Cineplex.

CAWho doesn't love a good move… Who doesn't love a good move experience? I love going to cineplex to see all the newest movie releases. Me and my mates always buy tickets next to each other and go to the movies, then go to dinner. Watching a movie definitely provides a conversation starter during the dinner. Not to mention, the staff at Cineplex always seem to be friendly and welcoming. I just wish they had better food options.

CAHorrible experience trying to rent a… Horrible experience trying to rent a movie online. Attention Cineplex: Fire the people that take care of your website. As a result you are losing money. It's 2023, Hire someone else, heck hire me. This ain't rocket science. Your web people suck
