I want to buy tickets through my app on iPad or my computer, BUT NOOOOO - you demand my phone number now (likely one you can store insecurely or sell on a list to others). Good job Cineplex! You clearly care about people having the option to protect their personal data by DEMANDING more of it or not allowing access to ones own account. Cool man, guess I'll either go cash only or stop going to the theatre again. Where oh where will I get expensive sugar water and popcorn?

Who doesn't love a good move… Who doesn't love a good move experience? I love going to cineplex to see all the newest movie releases. Me and my mates always buy tickets next to each other and go to the movies, then go to dinner. Watching a movie definitely provides a conversation starter during the dinner. Not to mention, the staff at Cineplex always seem to be friendly and welcoming. I just wish they had better food options.

The theater was very clean and the… The theater was very clean and the seats were quite comfortable. However the cost of food at the consession stand was disgustingly over priced. For a number 2 combo which was 2 medium popcorn, 2 medium fountain drinks and 2 rather small bag of candy itcost just over $40 with tax. This is disgusting. My husband and I will not likely be back. The only reason we went was because we got a gift card for Christmas. I understand prices go up but thus is not ok.

WORST WEB EXPERIENCE The website is one of the worst we’ve ever seen. Process and execution parameters are really disappointing. To book tickets the entire experience is a nightmare. I’m sure I’ll ever try to prebook with cineplex again. So, it’s unlikely I’ll ever attempt to attend a theatre again. It’ll be great when you can buy access to your own home theatre and avoid this website quagmire.
