We went back-and-forth by phone and email several times reviewing and tweaking. She was delightful, helpful, very familiar with the products. Wanted to see if the heart shape… Wanted to see if the heart shape necklace picture that was placed in it was kind of light. Wanted them to darken a little more was not able to do. They tried to correct it which was nice of them to try. Other company's say that's all they can do. They offered refund if I did not like it. I keep them for the price was not bad. When I ordered the lighted base, I was hoping the object would fit in like a glove. Instead, it has the vulnerability of being knocked over during cleaning or a pet running around.
