I ordered this mug as a gift and the… I ordered this mug as a gift and the receiver is very pleased. I only wish the mug came in a solid black or other color choices. The personalization came out very nicely. That was the main reason that I made the purchase, Offer more color choices in the mug and you have a genuine winner.

Wanted to see if the heart shape… Wanted to see if the heart shape necklace picture that was placed in it was kind of light. Wanted them to darken a little more was not able to do. They tried to correct it which was nice of them to try. Other company's say that's all they can do. They offered refund if I did not like it. I keep them for the price was not bad.
