We went back-and-forth by phone and email several times reviewing and tweaking. She was delightful, helpful, very familiar with the products. My snow globe was shipped the next day, and I received it just a few days after ordering. It’s fantastic and so is she.

Medical bracelet purchase Was looking for a medical bracelet with sufficient room for 5 lines of text, and one that is stylish and designed so as not to pinch men's hairy wrists. The ordering process has a cool feature, showing an up-close 3d realistic image of the chosen bracelet, then displaying the lines of text onto the 3d bracelet in real time. Bracelet is well made. and arrived quickly (before the estimated arrival date). Will order a dog-tag style necklace medical bracelet to wear outside when I'm doing landscape work.

Blamed it on UPS I ordered my items on Sunday, paid extra for 3day UPS, they charged my card and sent me notice that on Monday order was complete and UPS label was done. So 3 days should be Thurs or Friday at the latest. When I found out that the package would not get here until Saturday at 7Pm, it would be too late. When I called the answer was to refuse the package and when they got it back, then they would refund me. Wow, the items were candles for my mother that passed and were needed for the gathering we are having Saturday morning. Never did they ask to refund the shipping or over night a new order, just blamed UPS.
