Blamed it on UPS I ordered my items on Sunday, paid extra for 3day UPS, they charged my card and sent me notice that on Monday order was complete and UPS label was done. So 3 days should be Thurs or Friday at the latest. When I found out that the package would not get here until Saturday at 7Pm, it would be too late. When I called the answer was to refuse the package and when they got it back, then they would refund me. Wow, the items were candles for my mother that passed and were needed for the gathering we are having Saturday morning. Never did they ask to refund the shipping or over night a new order, just blamed UPS.

When I ordered the lighted base, I was hoping the object would fit in like a glove. Instead, it has the vulnerability of being knocked over during cleaning or a pet running around.
