I just recentley founf this website and… I just recentley founf this website and I must say, they are great! My items came 3 days earlier than the original delivery date that was given. Everything I ordered was in the box and the box was is great condition (I pay attention to that). I would definitely order from them again.

My order arrived incorrectly and there has been no follow up on my previous messages to rectify the issue (I ordered qty 3 of 8pack of cups. I received 3 cups total. There is no customer service phone number or any other way to contact aside from their website form which you receive no follow up from)

I LOVE this company I love this company! Whenever I'm planning a Birthday Party for my grandchildren it's the first site I check. They're prices are fantastic and the quality is great. I always manage to buy enough products to have free shipping.

Missing one item from my order I placed a large order of party supplies for my daughter's upcoming unicorn-themed party. everything is super cute and good quality! My only complaint is that I didn't receive one of the items I ordered. It was left out. So, now I have to contact customer support and try to get it delivered in time.

Pathetic Pathetic, over priced products and the worst customer service ever. They provide misleading information on their website and if questioned,they start shouting at the customers. The same products you get at a 80% cheaper rate outside. They have absolutely no return or refund policy and if you raise an issue, they say it's not possible that there could be an issue with their products. Ridiculously horrible. They start showing their frustration on the customers if they are not able to handle the issues or just don't want to understand. Won't recommend this company to anyone.
