Extremely disappointed! I am a disappointed with the lack of detail with the dolls I received. With every picture I have seen of other dolls, they have details such as glasses, earrings, necklaces, bracelets, etc. However, the dolls I received had none. My aunt had earrings and a necklace in the picture I provided but these were not incorporated in her doll. I didn't think I had to specify these when I ordered. I feel cheated for paying over $240, for something I don't feel comfortable giving to my loved ones after losing my aunt. I expressed my dissatisfaction with Dollfy and they "graciously" offered a 5% refund, which comes out to around $12... I planned on shipping all three of these dolls out separately to loved ones, and that just doesn't even cover the cost of shipping one doll. I'm extremely disappointed. I should have read more reviews.

Deeply disappointed I was so excited to receive these dolls as they were a gift for Christmas. These dolls were supposed to be special tributes to the people that we’ve lost in the last couple years. Not only did they not arrive in time to be given as Christmas gifts, but the dolls were horrible. They were in terrible condition and looked nothing like the pictures sent. I was so appalled and could never give them as a gift. It would be so disrespectful with the way they looked. It was poor quality and I was highly disappointed.

Absolutely amazing Absolutely amazing, I was shocked at how much detail was put into this. Very happy with the product, will definitely be telling more people about this company.

Customer service sucked (still) Customer service sucked. Tracking of the item was a horror show and then when it got here the quality of the item was on par with what my 5 year old grandchild would produce. You’ve all taken a horrible loss in our life and made it worse with your unbelievably high level of incompetence. Stop contacting me! Update: You would all do yourself a huge favor to remove this feedback feature from your sales platform. Additionally when a customer says stop contacting me that includes here too. Your empty boilerplate response is a joke and if anyone were to read all of the feedback here they’d get the same sense that you don’t care, you ripped off another customer and you’re nothing more than a fraudulent service providing something that is nothing like what you advertised. You can trust that I’m working harder than ever to get you removed from social media advertising for this so that you can’t victimize anyone else.

So sad with this experience So sad with this experience! Ordered this gift well over a month ago for my mother who is grieving, in hopes that this gift would bring some solace around the holiday. Was told 2-3 weeks. Then emailed and asked if the gift would be arriving before Christmas with a response saying, “We recommend considering an alternative gift option to ensure you have something special to present on the day.” This was an expensive and sentimental gift that I now regret.
