Dolls were cute Dolls were cute. Pants didn't quite match my GFs picture. Glasses on my doll seemed fragile.

I am very frustrated and disappointed… I am very frustrated and disappointed with this experience! I placed my order on November 28 thinking I would received it sooner! I tried tracking my order on the website but it asks for an order number which was never provided. I tried to contact the company and it took them a while to get back to me! Also the information they provided does not match what they say! According to the email I was supposed to receive it 2 weeks ago but the tracking information just says label created and it’s been like that for over 10 days! The dolls are made out of the country so be aware your item won’t be here in 2-4 weeks like the website says! Never again!

No further updates and starting to think this order which made me think would be a pleasant experience become a regretful one. Still waiting on my order.. order status and hoping my money wasn’t stolen. Very unorganized company.

The Great Confusion Turned out great, took my mother a minute to realize that I didn't buy her a voodoo doll. Once that puzzle was together she went and bought a display case for it. She loves it

You ask where you order is at and they apologies with an automatic message saying your order is in transit. BULLSH**T. I was supposed to get this by Christmas and it is now Jan 23rd. They also ship from over seas it’s not even here in the US. Please purchase from a small business in your area. This company SUCKS.
