Zero Star Only gave it a one star because it didn’t allow for a zero star. I ordered a bobble head. When their rendition of the digital photo came to me for review, there was no resemblance. Even the glasses didn’t match. They suggested a different picture but they did not reply. Finally being fed up, I requested a refund of which I only got 30ish%.

I submitted a photo of my son I submitted a photo of my son. I was emailed a pic of the head for approval. They did an incredible job of capturing his likeness. It arrived well packed and my sone and his friends all love it! #WellDone! #GreatCommunication!

Timely and thorough service the customer service has been great. I worked with ONE person who kept in contact with me through every step of my order. I had a large order that needed a bit more than "face" customization, and they happily obliged. The service was quick as well. I would gladly return as a customer and recommend this company.
