Throughout the entire process, they stayed in communication with me and sent me pictures of each part they had created. When I asked them to change the shape of my husband's mustache, they did it exactly the way I asked them to. I highly recommend them and will use them again in the future!

The more specific instructions the better your finished product will turn out to your liking. I e-mailed extra photos. When I received my bobblehead, it had a few flaws that were not visible in the emails prior to shipping. Customer service was made aware and has agreed to remake the bobblehead.

Zero Star Only gave it a one star because it didn’t allow for a zero star. I ordered a bobble head. When their rendition of the digital photo came to me for review, there was no resemblance. Even the glasses didn’t match. They suggested a different picture but they did not reply. Finally being fed up, I requested a refund of which I only got 30ish%.

Outstanding Interactions with Bobblehead Creator I am enjoying my interactions with Custom Bobbleheads US so far. They seem to be doing an excellent job creating the bobble head of my friend based on a single photo I sent. Subsequent e-mail exchanges allow me to inspect and approve the likeness. I cannot wait to see the final product.
