The more specific instructions the better your finished product will turn out to your liking. I e-mailed extra photos. When I received my bobblehead, it had a few flaws that were not visible in the emails prior to shipping. Customer service was made aware and has agreed to remake the bobblehead.

So worth it! This company works fast; the artists are very talented, flexible, and easy to communicate with. We used them to order corporate gifts for our employees, and every single one has been blown away.
