Followed my instructions Followed my instructions. They kept me informed with photos of the progress from beginning to end of the making of my bobblehead doll. The more specific instructions the better your finished product will turn out to your liking. I e-mailed extra photos. When I received my bobblehead, it had a few flaws that were not visible in the emails prior to shipping. Customer service was made aware and has agreed to remake the bobblehead.

Outstanding Interactions with Bobblehead Creator I am enjoying my interactions with Custom Bobbleheads US so far. They seem to be doing an excellent job creating the bobble head of my friend based on a single photo I sent. Subsequent e-mail exchanges allow me to inspect and approve the likeness. I cannot wait to see the final product.
