It’s a scam It’s a scam. Product should arrive a few days ago, they still didn’t send anything and they ignore the customer, saying that they can only accept the complaint if the product does not arrive after another week. Thieves and Scammers! I recommend to avoid any shopping through this website!

Excellent customer service My order ended up slightly delayed. They communicated with me through the entire process and sent me a second when the first was possibly “lost.” I never even had to reach out to them they contacted me first. Which was so nice. I hate having to track down orders, and then track down someone from customer service. I ended up getting both packages. They were great quality, which I wasn’t really expecting since the price was so reasonable. I will definitely be ordering from family panda in the future.

The picture came out beautiful The picture came out beautiful! My son and daughter in law absolutely love it. The words to their wedding song make it even more special. They made the process so easy and quick. Would highly recommend this company. I will definitely be buying another one for my daughter who gets married in two weeks.

Order long time waiting for delivery I ordered a cup from Family Panda on 28 July 2021. The customer service via email has been fantastic. They have responded very quickly to my questions. The main problem is that the cup has still not arrived and according to the tracking information Australia Post says it is still in the air and DHL say it has arrived in Australia on Sunday 8 August. Very confusing and still don't know when I should receive the product.
