I was nervous at first because the background picture I sent was a little blurry, but you all fixed it. She sent me a picture and it was so beautiful, more than I expected. GBExcellent customer service My order ended up slightly delayed. They communicated with me through the entire process and sent me a second when the first was possibly “lost.” I never even had to reach out to them they contacted me first. Which was so nice. I hate having to track down orders, and then track down someone from customer service. I ended up getting both packages. They were great quality, which I wasn’t really expecting since the price was so reasonable. I will definitely be ordering from family panda in the future.

GBNo replies to emails, poor customer service I placed an order on 10/29. Have emailed them several times to find out when it will ship. They have not replied to any of my emails. How can you run a business without customer service?? This is a gift for my parents 50th anniversary which is on 11/10. They have provided no indication as to when it will arrive and no response. Plus they have no # to reach them.
