I haven’t heard anything about shipping/ tracking just emails confirming you all received my money, and that you’ll give me 15% off my next order. Perfection! My husband wrote me a song and on our 2nd anniversary, I got the chance to present him with the lyrics and a beautiful picture of us on our wedding day! Family Panda did an absolutely beautiful job in putting it all together in a beautiful display that we will be so happy to show off when guests come over. It was perfect! When ordering a canvas I put a note in… When ordering a canvas I put a note in explaining our situation and asking if it all possible the order arrive by my parents anniversary. My mother has not been well and we were hoping this special gift would arrive for their 65th wedding anniversary. Since it was outside even the expedited window of delivery I did not expect it to happen. But on the day of their anniversary it arrived by FedEx! This is customer service beyond what I have ever experienced. This truly made the day special and I am forever grateful!
