Great gift, good quality! I was looking for something that I could get my wife for our anniversary. I came across Family Panda as was a little skeptical because of how their web address looked until I read the reviews. The Website was easy to use and the communication was good. They were able to get my order to me 8 days after I placed my order. The only thing I didn't like was the freight company they use. They don't give much for communication as to where your package is at, and the information they do give isn't very accurate.

Perfection! My husband wrote me a song and on our 2nd anniversary, I got the chance to present him with the lyrics and a beautiful picture of us on our wedding day! Family Panda did an absolutely beautiful job in putting it all together in a beautiful display that we will be so happy to show off when guests come over. It was perfect! No replies to emails, poor customer service I placed an order on 10/29. Have emailed them several times to find out when it will ship. They have not replied to any of my emails. How can you run a business without customer service?? This is a gift for my parents 50th anniversary which is on 11/10. They have provided no indication as to when it will arrive and no response. Plus they have no # to reach them.

It’s a scam It’s a scam. Product should arrive a few days ago, they still didn’t send anything and they ignore the customer, saying that they can only accept the complaint if the product does not arrive after another week. Thieves and Scammers! I recommend to avoid any shopping through this website!
