Very helpful Several years ago our pop up was damaged while being put away. After 4 sequences of trying to buy the replacement parts, we decided to fabricate from a metal shop. We had lost our model number and the representative kept asking for information we did not have.Measurements and comparable parts were deemed to risky to sell us. This time we explained this to Cicely and she was over the top in support and getting our order in. Could not be more pleased with her help and receiving this order

Their "heavy duty" carport is cheap aluminum, and their 30 day guarantee is a lie Purchased an "upgraded heavy duty carport" that was supposed to be galvanized steel. It was actually cheap aluminum with shoddy welding of joints. The carport collapsed within 2 weeks during a gentle 5 mph breeze gust. When I contacted the company for their 30 day guarantee, they didn't want to replace the product. They wanted to give me a "special discount" to buy a new one. When I refused, they then offered to send me a new frame if I paid them $80 for shipping. I can build my own frame out of PVC for $80, and it will be much stronger than the junk they are passing off as galvanized steel.

Good tent for what it costs Good tent for what it costs, no problems assembling, fairly simple instructions & excellent customer service, nice & friendly. Received item in about 4 business days from ordering. Wouldn't use it for every day use, but occasional use seems like it will hold up fine

Tent eyelets tearing throughout-update Tent eyelets tearing throughout 6 months after buying a 20 by 20 tent the eyelets are tearing throughout. My son and noticed the tent drawn very tight upon installation. I have contacted Quictent but been ignored so far. I am withholding judgement on their customer service given the holiday rush but expect a reply within a reasonable amount of time. It has been over a week... It has now been two months and no reply from customer service Can I give a negative star rating?

Replacements under warranty For some weather reason, my 10x20 top cover was damaged after 7 month. I contact with Quictent support, specially with the help of Ms. Doria, they sent me the replacements like top cover and bungee cords as I requested under warranty policy in the short time. Thanks for Quictent support.
