GBNot only is this product a good buy but… Not only is this product a good buy but the customer support is outstanding. Our raised garden arrived and a corner piece was missing. Contacted customer support and was surprised to see a response the very next day. They asked for some additional information and said the part would be ship. Image our surprise when the part arrived 4 days later. This product deserve a 5 rating, but customer support deserves a 10! Thanks again.

GBWe ordered replacement plastic covers… We ordered replacement plastic covers for our greenhouse tent. We received immediate response from Joy. The only problem was that the directions for actually ordering and paying for them were very vague. When we got that taken care of, everything went quickly and smoothly. Joy followed up with the order, making sure they were delivered and in the best condition. Thank you for your response, and for following up.

GBUnresponsive, repetitive replies… After a year and 5 days I let Martina know that the cover for the popup had split. She said they were out of the color and would not be getting it back until the end of July, but the color would be different and she would allow a special discount but no to any leeway with the warranty. After you purchase from them, they want nothing else to do with you. BUYER BEWARE IF YOU BUY THEIR PRODUCTS!

GBCustomer support is absolutely the best… Joy in customer support is absolutely the best ever. Our tent was damaged in the wind , our own fault, and she bent over backwards to help get our restaurant back up and running during the pandemic. I can't recommend Quictent enough. As advertised these are not designed for high winds but they are well made.

GBReplacements under warranty For some weather reason, my 10x20 top cover was damaged after 7 month. I contact with Quictent support, specially with the help of Ms. Doria, they sent me the replacements like top cover and bungee cords as I requested under warranty policy in the short time. Thanks for Quictent support.
