GBNo return phone call or email I placed an order on Saturday, December 12. I was notified on Monday, December 14 that the product was out of stock and asked whether I would like a refund. I replied that I would like a refund. I then attempted to call SEVERAL times throughout the day to speak to someone to confirm that my credit card would be refunded. Each time I called, I either heard music playing, got no response at all, or received a voicemail. I've left two messages and sent emails. I would like verification that my card will be refunded immediately.

GBTerrible Service I ordered something from LJ shopping and hands down this has been the worst online experience I've had. It's been close to 3 weeks and I still haven't received my order when it was supposed to arrive in 7-10 days. When I contacted them over a week ago they said it would be shipping in the next couple days and they'll contact me, I'm still waiting...

GBStill waiting for my credit! Still waiting more than 2 weeks for two credits that are owed to me. Apparently the billing department has processed the credit and I was suppose to see my return within 48 hours. Emailed twice and still no credit. Horrible service when it comes to cancellations & credits.

GBSlow shipping My first order and they did not shipped within 24 hours as promise. I placed my order on Oct 20 2016,# 600522 and yet as of today no shipping information. All attempted contacts prove pointless as never receive any answer.

GBLess than half the price of all others and free FAST shipping! I saw a perfume in an airport shop while i was on vacation fell in love with the smell! A friend told me about this site. I ordered my perfume for less than half other retailers prices and i got free shipping and my order came within 3 days! I couldn't be happier! I have already planned to do some of my Christmas shopping here and restock all of my husbands favorite colognes!
