SAJust run away! "Made an order & payed for 18 months ago, believe or not I'm still waiting for it. They refused to process a refund although they know that I haven't received my order for more than a year. Just stick to Fragrancex, BeautyEncounter or Fragrancenet." Why would you ask for my order number just now?! I have contacted you via e-mail for tens of times & you didn't bother yourself to reply! You have just replayed now only to show people that you care!!

GBHorrible customer service I bought two perfumes and need to return one I have sent daily e-mails daily in answered calls why have a customer service department if no one responds to emails Two solid weeks of daily email with no reply I am totally disappointed with your services This is unacceptable and so unprofessional I hope my email gets responded to this coming week otherwise you may as well scrap your customer service department!!! Sigh!!
