GBBroken Tags by Baggage Handlers Ordered 2 sets of different personalized baggage tags. Arrived in a timely matter and they looked awesome. Unfortunately 2 of the tags was broken by baggage handlers in the first trip (our brand new luggage was beat up too). Thinking what could I lose, I contacted customer service via email, told them what happened and Joana immediately sent me an email back telling me they would send replacement tags. This to me was above and beyond their responsibility and am extremely happy that they replaced the tags due to someone else’s negligence. Highly recommend.

GBPoor Customer Service The quality of their luggage tags is very good, so after ordering two, I ordered one more. Unfortunately, I selected the wrong state from the drop down menu when filling out the customization form and my luggage tag came with the wrong state. They refused to accept this return to replace with a correct tag. You would think they could invest in software sophisticated enough to catch these errors before printing tags with state/zip code mismatches. It also took them a week to respond to my return query, and only responded after I emailed them again. I will not order from this company again.

DEScam! Nothing was delivered Ordered a bag tag for a friend and it keeps showing it was delivered but it never was and support is a joke. Only automated responses and nothing else. Ridiculous.

NOOrder never showed up Order never showed up. They apologized and told me a new shipment is on its way. The trackingnumber still not working after over a month of waiting.
