Great product, EXCEPT new covers I purchased a carry-on from AirportTag, and I love it. I would give it a 4 or 5 rating. But I want to change the cover - the site sells new carry-on covers - but there are no instructions on changing the cover from one purchased to a new one I wanted to purcahse. From the site, I was told to check online, but they had no instructions on their site. That is lousy

Scam company Ordered the Economy bag. The lettering is messy, the bag does not look as promoted online and the question mark is in 2 spots. Sent a request for refund no response x2

Airportag products give a 'lift' to jaded travelers Recently I purchased an Airportag cover for my passport and also an identification tag for luggage.
