The magic wand Wow, just wow! 😍 The magic wand I got from incendiomagicwand.com feels like it’s straight from a fairy tale. Super sturdy and so pretty!

SCAM COMPANY! SCAM COMPANY!! AVOID!! Paid for 2 wands +Extras, Tracking says delivered but didn't come and the Company refuse to help at all.. You would at least think they would help try and get the items to me but refusing any help, Just check previous reviews,, nearly 50% are 1 star!!!

SCAM! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! DO NOT BUY. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN. This company is a scam. They sent an un-addressed package (confirmed to me by my postal service) which was immediately returned to them. They refuse to re-send or refund my purchase which was over $100. The "customer service" is useless, slow to reply and incredibly rude. They are downright mean and seem to enjoy the fact they've cheated you out of your money.

Emailed customer support to be told the warranty the wand for 15 days only, from date of arrival of order. It sat for nearly 2 weeks unopened before her birthday. Shocking product and worse customer service! AVOID!!!

Trash product with worse customer service The Snape wand sat unused in the original packaging because I was going to use it for Halloween last year. I used it 3 times and it burnt out. Literally smoking as the plastic inside melted. I contacted the company about trying to repair it and their only response was "Hi John, We are sorry to hear this. Our return policy is available in the footer of our website, and by placing an order in our store, you automatically agree to these terms. This implies that you have a period of 10 days after receiving your item to initiate a return or exchange. But you can try to fix it or find any place where the professional can do it. If you have any further questions or require any assistance, please feel free to reach out. Best regards" Didn't bother even reading my email. Just a blanket get lost response.
