I placed an order 2 weeks ago I placed an order 2 weeks ago. Only received a confirmation email. No other updates on my purchase. I have emailed the support email twice with no response. This was supposed to be a Christmas present for my son. Do not recommend ordering from this company.

Ridiculousness Have waited over 3 months for a $130 dollar piece of wall art to be shipped out. The Tracking information was never updated as they said it would be 2 months in. still says “waiting for shipment”. I’ve contacted customer support 3 times in the last 2 weeks to see if at this point we can just cancel the order and be refunded and have been ignored.

Attempted to order a gift for Christmas… Attempted to order a gift for Christmas Nov 27th. As of today, I haven't even gotten a confirmation email but the money was taken out of my bank same day. No order number, no anything but my money is gone. I'll be contacting my bank money and get my money back. Don't shop here - scammers!

No order number provided so can't lookup tracking info Ordering was easy. The reason for 3 stars is that none of the email communication includes the order number which is required to look up tracking information. I bought this as a gift, but have no way to tell them when it should arrive. Just have to hope it gets there.
