AUNo service I ordered and paid for an item on the 10/8/21, As yet I have not received any form of confirmation that my order has been placed, no invoice or receipt of my payment. I sent an email to them on the 22/8/21 chasing up the situation but have still not had a reply.

GBToo small I love the material and the look of the blanket I bought, but I feel like I paid too much money for a blanket that doesn’t even cover my legs. All in all these blankets need to be offered in a bigger size.

GBNo order number provided so can't lookup tracking info Ordering was easy. The reason for 3 stars is that none of the email communication includes the order number which is required to look up tracking information. I bought this as a gift, but have no way to tell them when it should arrive. Just have to hope it gets there.

GBThey are very helpful 🙂 They are very nice people they gave me tracking number to figure out where my items is Also very helpful and very genuine when I ask questions it was answer and solved

GBRidiculousness Have waited over 3 months for a $130 dollar piece of wall art to be shipped out. The Tracking information was never updated as they said it would be 2 months in. still says “waiting for shipment”. I’ve contacted customer support 3 times in the last 2 weeks to see if at this point we can just cancel the order and be refunded and have been ignored.
