GBNo order number provided so can't lookup tracking info Ordering was easy. The reason for 3 stars is that none of the email communication includes the order number which is required to look up tracking information. I bought this as a gift, but have no way to tell them when it should arrive. Just have to hope it gets there.

GBJack Russell art piece I inadvertently just clicked on the fifth star thinking I was leaving a 5 star review. It only registered as a 1 star which was not what I wanted. This will hopefully rectify that problem and give the item the 5 stars it deserves.

AUNo service I ordered and paid for an item on the 10/8/21, As yet I have not received any form of confirmation that my order has been placed, no invoice or receipt of my payment. I sent an email to them on the 22/8/21 chasing up the situation but have still not had a reply.

GBBUYER BEWARE! My jersey came with misspelled words in big bold letters and I asked for a refund and was told all I could get back is $15!!! I sent them the picture of the jersey, they admitted their incompetency but apologized but still will not refund my money! I look like a moron wearing a jersey with misspelled huge letters. This is a great reason to BUY AMERICAN PRODUCTS!!!! At least you'll get a proper refund especially when the company messed up your order!!

GBBUYER BEWARE! Horrible customer service BUYER BEWARE!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. If I could give "0" stars I would have. Will never use this company again. Lack of customer support is their #1 problem. Takes a week or longer to get any reply to issues. I ordered product and after several weeks of hearing nothing (but my card being charged) I emailed customer support to inquired as to when I might expect item to be delivered because it was a Christmas gift, it took them over a week to get back to me and replied with my tracking information Christmas evening. I had already purchased another item to replace this and they would not authorize a return. There return policy is awful. If they had communicated with me better/quicker, I never would have order a replacement item. It was their fault I needed to return the item, however they refused since the item was not damaged. I am stuck with a product I do not need/want. Their only compensation was to credit me back $15.00 for my unpleasant experience. My purchased was over $60.
