GBTook my money ,and ghosted me in delivering This company is really ridiculous. They don’t respond timely in answering emails or fulfilling orders . Don’t bother ordering from them . You will be extremely disappointed. I have yet to receive an order that was placed three (3) months ago!!

GBWorst Company I have ever used. I wish I had read these reviews before I used this company. They do not return email correspondences, and have never fulfilled the order I placed. Worst customer service possible. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!! This is exactly what you can expect out of people that live in Washington. Thieves.

GBDO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Ordered a family crest ring in March,never received ring. Was told 1 months later the original requested image was lost and to resend it. We resent the image and after a few weeks we reached out again, but was told they could not do that image and sent a very poor quality image of the coat of arms they could do. We requested a refund and still have not received the ring nor the refund after 3 months. Very poor customer service. Does not respond to emails, no phone number listed, after obtaining the phone number to the owner multiple calls and messages left unanswered. Very displeased and now out $300! Do not do business with this company.

GBStay away from this one! I never received my full order and in fact, I had to appeal to the Washington State Attorney General's office to try and intercede on my behalf. I live in Canada and I guess that's why 4Crests decided to stiff me on my order. Leaves a very bad taste in my mouth when I think of dealing with vendors of heritage items. Shame on you 4Crests!

GBSurprised at the bad reviews when I had a great experience. I made an order with 4crests about four weeks ago. I purchased a lovely glassware set for my mother for Christmas. I received a sample the next day for my approval, which was really appreciated. About two weeks later I checked my email and saw I had received my shipping notice a couple days earlier. To my embarrassment I realized I had shipped it to the wrong address! I immediately emailed their customer service and got a response within about half an hour. I talked to Kyrsten and she went above and beyond to contact Fedex for me and have the address switched to the one I meant to have had it sent to. Kuddos to their customer service and the quality of the product received.
