GBSurprised at the bad reviews when I had a great experience. I made an order with 4crests about four weeks ago. I purchased a lovely glassware set for my mother for Christmas. I received a sample the next day for my approval, which was really appreciated. About two weeks later I checked my email and saw I had received my shipping notice a couple days earlier. To my embarrassment I realized I had shipped it to the wrong address! I immediately emailed their customer service and got a response within about half an hour. I talked to Kyrsten and she went above and beyond to contact Fedex for me and have the address switched to the one I meant to have had it sent to. Kuddos to their customer service and the quality of the product received.

AURIPPED OFF Ordered two small crests for my sons as ancestry reminders prior to my departure.. AU$200 for a colour print I could have got at the local mall for a quarter of the price. Super disappointed. They did arrive however in good time.

GBRidiculous product Ridiculous product. They requested that we tell them what color the crest was so they didn't have to look for one...basically. Told them it was red and it was for a 86 year old woman's birthday. It took over a month. They sent a proof that went into junk mail by a different name because we looked for it 2x a week to approve the proof. When it showed up it was too late for them to fix that hot mess. They put a graduation cap on top of the family crest!!! WHY? We were a bit embarrassed when mom received her confusing stupid looking gift. They should refund us. They never acknowledged the emails I sent asking why and telling them we hate it. Don't waste your money.

GBWorst Company I have ever used. I wish I had read these reviews before I used this company. They do not return email correspondences, and have never fulfilled the order I placed. Worst customer service possible. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!! This is exactly what you can expect out of people that live in Washington. Thieves.

GBDo not trust this company!!!! Do not trust this company!!!! Customer service and response to emails is nonexistent. I would give them zero stars! After my many emails went unanswered after five weeks I contacted my charge card company to dispute charges. Funny how the next day I received an email from the company saying unfortunately after extensive searching they were unable to find my coat of arms (though name was listed on their website) and they were refunding my money. If course they were refunding my money! The credit card company stopped payment to them. Do not trust this company!!!!!
