MXThis company is fraudulent This company is fraudulent, there is no value added to their services. They are taking advantage of the fact that wedding guests are forced to use them. I tried to book a return flight airport transfer that was included in my package that was prepaid, and they would not accommodate me first because I was not booking round trip transportation (which actually would save them money). When I decided it was not worth it to arrive early I changed my flight and they still would not accommodate me because I missed their artificial deadline, nor would they refund me for services not provided. I had to spend an extra $500 on transportation that I already paid Destify for. They create these artificial rules that are one-sided so that they can rob you blind. They do not care about customer service or doing what is right.

GBWorst Travel Agency Ever Do not expect a person to answer the phone or being responsive in a timely fashion from this agency. They left me and my 100 guests stranded without any assistance. All my guests are unhappy and I wouldn’t even recommend them to my worst enemy.

GBDO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME Horrible customer service and horrible company. Do not waste your precious time or money with these people, they simply do not care about the people they serve. We have had the worst experience with Destify as well as our guests. Destify gave away our original wedding date without any explanation, just a half assed apology. Their customer service is completely horrible. Do yourself a favor and work directly with the hotel, Destify is BS and you honestly don't need them, we didn't. They also lack accountability for their many mistakes and every response was blaming the hotel which we had a wonderful experience with our hotel. Don't get scammed by this company.

GBDestination Wedding Planning Service with Limits My newly wedded husband and I have worked with Destify for our destination wedding at Majestic Elegance Resort in Cancun, Mexico on December 9, 2022 since June 2021. We found other destination wedding services to be either overwhelmed or underwhelmed with clients. We chose Destify because of their quick service, transparency, and the effort it took for them to find what we were looking for. They built our website, had helpful PDF checklists and information from the resort, real-time COVID updates about Mexico, managed our guests, and organized our excursion effectively. Even though they have done their best in helping us, we want to caution others about the prepaid shuttle, the request for extra beds, and not having a true destination wedding coordinator. We had 75-year-old and 16-year-old guests who never traveled before and missed their flight because the 75-year-old guest's husband had a death scare. We told them to move the prepaid airport shuttle to the next day and shared the new flight information but the onsite company, Nexus, did not find them on the list so they ended up taking a $110 USD taxi to our resort with another taxi service. Long story short the back and forth with Destify to get our money back from the prepaid shuttle was moot and obscure. To this day we do not believe that they confirmed the changes. Furthermore, we asked them to request an extra bed for the guests, and the resort claimed they have never received that request. Long story short, the 16-year-old guest ended up sleeping on the couch. If you are also planning a wedding, they do not have a true destination wedding coordinator. The only one we worked with was the onsite coordinator at the resort the language barrier was tough, and the resort didn't really put much attention to us until a month before our wedding day, Friday, December 9, 2022. That made planning very stressful. Overall, Destify made our destination wedding planning as easy as it could be, but like all online services, they have their limits. Side tip: Always get travel insurance because it was worth it!

GBDo not Book your room with Destify! Like has been said before if you have any changes they stick it to you in the pricing. My situation changed and I had to change and attendee and the dates of the stay. An extra $150 for the replacement attendee, then the room rates went up over 30% from the original booking. Better to just book directly with the hotel from the start. It has taken a dozen emails to make the change. So yes their customer service sucks the big one!
