GBWorst place to do online buying I got a very bad exprience with my first purchase with Infibeam. I was kept waiting for more than 2 weeks and the order was finally cancelled. Infibeam has no regret and customers loss. For customer satisfaction they should offer coupons or some kind of appreciation. But they are just bothered about their business. I hate such service. I Would never recomment Infibeam.

INWorst customer care service I ordered 2 books on 18th of October from Bangalore. It was shipped on 20th from Mumbai and the latest tracking information is of 20th itself. They do not reply to mails. Their call center number is always busy (waiting list 25 to 28). Today is 30th and I have no information of the products. There is no option of even cancelling it. I do online shopping from many websites but the experience has never been this bad!

INNOT GENUINE PRODUCTS AND WORST SERVICES Order ID: 19408350 Placed an order 14 days back and received a defective product. As per policies i have registered a request within first 72 hours and its been 15 days there is no proper response and trying to manipulate. Even their policies being changed on every days. Worst marketplace and their products, poor services.

INWorst ever... This is the worst online shop. They will never ship the item and keep you waiting and waiting. I regularly buy things from amazon, ebay, snapdeal and many others. Please never buy from infibeam.com. If you dont believe me, order something and see for yourself. I dont know how apple made them authorised dealer.

INvery nice i booked canvas knight on 2nd of august midnight... as it's price was lower as compared to others... bt next day when i read the reviews i got shocked..nd thought i mde my life biggest mistake... so i called them nd enquired about my product shipment and delivery.. it shipped d product at the time they promised.. nd delived two days before the actualy delivery date.. thanks infi beam...i dont knw guys why you faced delivery problems... br i am more than satisfied.. hope so infi beam treat their all customers like me...
