INThe worst e-buying experience ever Ordered a product on the 30th of October; the website said it ship the same day. It's 8th November now and no shipment yet. Called their customer service (awful) 4 plus times and they keep on saying 2-3 more days. Apparently cancellation also takes 7-21 days. I have bought tons of items online before, but never had this awful experience shopping. And it's fairly expensive product, so can't just let go.

INNo response from infibeam after order and 100% payment for AC I have placed order No.18331770 for Voltas AC on 5-Apr-2016. Payment has been made through credit card. No reply from infibeam regarding delivery of the item. Very bad experience. Please do not purchase anything from infibeam. Can anybody tell me how to cancel the order and get back the money. INVery bad Very bad. Very very bad. Company doesn't care about their employees. Even in this Corona pandemic, they compulsory called their employees. Even if company's employees have Corona, they compulsory called their all employees. Project Manager is also rude and bad. I have never seen such a rude attitude towards their employees. Doesn't have humanity.

IN# Fraud, Pathetic Customer Service and Useless Promos Recently 15 days back ( oct 1 st ) I placed a non-cod order in infibeam . after 2 hours I got order confirmation email . while placing the order ( its shows max order estimate delivery date oct 8th ) . since now ( oct 15th ) I didn't receive the order . daily I contact infibeam customer care through email and call . he simply says pls wait . . . wait. . 2 more days . my order no : 19256404

INNEVER buy from INFIBEAM! worst experience, a cheating team Order : 10427506 Ordered a mobile phone worth Rs.2999 using credit card. Wrong product delivered. Informed them on time. Asked me to send pictures. After three days i got another call asking to send more pictures for them to believe its a wrong product. I sent 10 photographs in and out. After three days again i got a call saying they want more photographs!!!!! Disgusting. Taking money offering one product and sending the wrong product, and disappointing response towards resolving the issue. Finally the customer executive told me to write to customerexcellence@infibeam.net. I forwarded all the communications only to find it getting bounced back!! there is no such email id!! CHEATERS CHEATERS CHEATERS IN INFIBEAM!!! NEVER BUY. A BIG NO NO TO INFIBEAM. damn my Order : 10427506 Rekha
