It's a well organized site and the… It's a well organized site and the prompts for going through the customization and uploads are clear. Browsing could be made a little easier. For example: options for showing more items on a page, and using page numbers at the bottom so you can go back to specific result pages without having to go through each individual page (so say you saw something on the second page of you 20 pages of results. A link to go back directly to page 2).

Don't expect it anywhere near as quick as they promis Grossly underestimated the amount of time it would take them to generate art and print the item. Even with being charged for the 24h art turnaround option, the art took more than a week, and 3 more days for a simple change (I asked the line drawing be changed from white to black, as simple as pressing Option-I in photoshop). I can't judge the final product as it's STILL 'queued for printing' but I'm hoping it'll be worth the wait. I'm not saying don't order from Crown & Paw, just be aware that it's going to take a LOT longer than they promise.

Absolutely wonderful Everything has been absolutely fantastic so far! Placing the order went smoothly, the artist was phenomenal when it came to the revisions I requested, the website was fairly easy to use and there are so many great designs! The only thing I ran into that I didn’t like was that I wish I could filter the search results to include more than just one theme at a time, but considering how awesome everything else has been it’s not even a big deal.

Amazing art and very customer oriented Wow. So I was originally soured by the slow speed and when I wrote my original review, it didn’t seem like I was going to have my gift in time. To my surprise, the DAY OF my anniversary… the package arrives. Quality was everything I hoped, too! The people over at crown and paw really care about their customers and making things right. I appreciate and am genuinely impressed with how they turned around my experience.
