GBI was offered a discount through text… I was offered a discount through text from a robot that claimed to be real. When I asked it a question, it ignored and proceeded. The purchase went through at full price and the "real person" would respond to see if they could retroactively attach the discount. This can change if it's resolved. Update, there was no issue with canceling and re-ordering. Product came out great, the only reason it's not a 5 is because of the ordeal that took place. Resolved or not, it happened.

GBThe first pass had clear mistakes The first pass had clear mistakes, and the second pass didn't address the revision requests. The third pass remained identical to the second revision. The issues persisted until the fourth pass when I submitted my own Photoshop version to illustrate what needed to be addressed. The back-and-forth process caused a delay in approval, close to two weeks. The end product is something I'm happy with but it took some hand holding.

GBI love love these canvases I Purchased, a canvas at Christmas with my two dogs and I loved it ,now I am returning and re-purchasing another canvas of my sons dog, which I will gift to him for Easter. They’re wonderful quality and beautiful. If you love your dog, you will love these canvases.❤️❤️❤️

GBGood customer service, but website a little hard to get around. Product I purchased hasn't been received at this time. I found the website a little hard to navigate. I didn't realize that I could only submit my pet's name after purchase and spent time looking for where to submit the name. Also, live chat doesn't allow much time, only minutes, to get a response. However, the rep who followed up with me was very nice and was helpful, so I appreciate that.

CADon't expect it anywhere near as quick as they promis Grossly underestimated the amount of time it would take them to generate art and print the item. Even with being charged for the 24h art turnaround option, the art took more than a week, and 3 more days for a simple change (I asked the line drawing be changed from white to black, as simple as pressing Option-I in photoshop). I can't judge the final product as it's STILL 'queued for printing' but I'm hoping it'll be worth the wait. I'm not saying don't order from Crown & Paw, just be aware that it's going to take a LOT longer than they promise.
