GBBeyond thankful and impressed After only one month of tending to our Gardyn, I truly can’t imagine ever not having this in our home. We’ve already made smoothies and salads (almost every day) and I’ve been able to just snip off leaves and herbs throughout the day to “graze”. It’s been fun and rewarding to enjoy such delicious, fresh greens whenever we want so easily. Thank you Gardyn!

GBWe were excited to get our gardyn set… We were excited to get our gardyn set up but sad to discover that the app& WiFi can’t connect to our house WiFi because it’s too fast… surprising that even the 2.0 system is limited to operating on such old tech specs! Hoping that just the preset programs will get the job done (it needs a 2.4ghz system and anyone who has upgraded has 5.0 ghz).

GBBroken Produce, No Customer Service, Dead Plants Hands down the worst consumer experience I’ve had in the last decade. The product broke. Customer service was nowhere to be found. After hours of time and months of higher electricity bills the plants died. And the company wasn’t willing to stand behind its product or its service. Buyer beware.

CAGardyn 2.0...it's broken, again... I'm a Gardyn 2.0 owner and I've had 3 pumps fail in my 2 years of ownership--on my second lid replacement and I can confirm this practice of offering customers discounts on new lids post expiration of warranty. I'm going to try installing a small pump and place it on a Meross smart plug/GFI. Maybe it saves my investment / crops while we look for some better executed solutions Update: The alternate approach worked...don't buy the 2.0 version if you can avoid it!

GBWe totally LOVE our Gardyn - Everything about it! We totally LOVE our Gardyn! The Gardyn iteself arrived quickly and packaged well. The instructions for set-up were helpful and easy to understand. The Customer Service team is very helpful and quite responsive. The Facebook Gardyners group is filled with enthusiastic and helpful people that are at all stages of Gardyning. Kelby's tips and reminders keep us on track. And the membership is great for trying new plant varieties and ordering favorites so you always have what you like in your harvest. We now have two Gardyn units and frequently recommend Gardyn to others.
